For those of you not lucky enough to see the new Triumph Explorer in the flesh at any of the recent motorcycle shows can now get your hands on it this Saturday, March 17th. According to the Dublin Triumph Facebook page they will be unveiling the motorcycle at 10am and it is currently “the very first Tiger Explorer in Ireland and the UK“. There will also be a ride out afterwards, leaving a 1pm, and returning to Dublin Triumph for a party.

The Explorer is clearly aimed at taking on the BMW R1200GS and initial reviews have been positive, but those always have to be taken with a pinch of salt. For those of you interested in this style of motorcycle or maybe something a bit more practical then now you have the option of giving one a go. I got a few photos of the Explorer at Motorcycle Live in November, shown below.
